Where are your garments made?

Parker Zinn pieces are produced in New York City and Peru through close partnerships with specialized knitwear manufacturers. Each garment is crafted in limited quantities with an emphasis on precision, quality, and longevity.

Parker works closely with both production teams throughout every stage of development — from initial sampling to final finishing — ensuring that each piece meets the brand’s exacting standards. Our partners are chosen not only for their technical expertise but for their commitment to fair, safe, and ethical working conditions. Every maker involved in our process is treated with respect and compensated fairly for their craft.

Are your materials responsibly sourced?

Yes. Our yarns are sourced from esteemed mills in Italy and Peru known for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and traceability. We prioritize suppliers who share our values—favoring natural fibers, responsible production practices, and certifications such as GOTS, RAS, RMS, and FSC where applicable.

Each material is selected not only for its beauty and performance but for the integrity behind its creation. By partnering with mills that uphold ethical and environmentally conscious standards, we ensure that every garment begins with respect for both people and planet.

What does “made-to-order” mean?

“Made-to-order” pieces are produced specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. This approach allows us to minimize waste, ensure precise craftsmanship, and create intentionally small production runs. The estimated production window for each made-to-order style is always listed within its product description.

How should I care for my knitwear?

Please follow the care instructions on your garment’s label, as each style may vary depending on its yarn composition and construction. To help preserve the integrity of your knits, avoid snagging on jewelry or textured surfaces, and always store folded rather than hung to maintain shape.

If you’re ever uncertain about how to clean or refresh your piece, entrust it to a professional dry cleaner experienced with fine knitwear. With thoughtful care, your garment will maintain its softness, structure, and beauty for many seasons to come.

How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping timelines are noted within each product’s description. Some styles are in stock and available for immediate shipment, while others may still be in production and will ship once complete. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date estimate.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our New York studio. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production timelines, and you’ll receive individual tracking updates for each shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we currently ship to a select number of international destinations. Available countries will appear at checkout.

If you’re located outside our current shipping regions, please email parker@parkerzinn.com; we may be able to accommodate your order.

International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or taxes assessed by their local customs office.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return or exchange policy?

We do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer size exchanges to ensure your piece fits as intended. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size and depend on stock availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless there’s a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

Please note that made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
